Support Coordination

Support coordinators assist you in understanding your NDIS plan so you can pursue your goals! They help you to connect other NDIS providers, community support as well as mainstream and other government services. Support coordination also allows you to build your confidence and skills to live more independently, build and maintain relationships and coordinate your supports.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial recovery coaches have Mental Health experience. They aim to support people with a psychosocial disability to build on your strengths and help you live your best life! Recovery coaches will work to support you and understand your needs, while assisting you to access mainstream and NDIS services.

Positive Behaviour Support / Behaviour Support Plan

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS or BSP) aims to improve your quality of life by working with you, your family and any other supports you have to reduce and prevent negative and challenging behaviours.

PBS is a person centred approach with evidence based strategies to address your specific needs and the underlying causes of behaviours of concern, so that strategies can be developed to curtail or eliminate those behaviours and any associated restrictive practices.

Social and Community Access

We can support you to access your community! We believe in supporting people in our community to live at their best everyday, regardless of age, abilities and circumstances. We believe in the capacity of all people to achieve wonderful outcomes and to lead fulfilling lives. Our support workers can assist you to participate in community, social or recreational activities, such as joining your local social group, going to the movies, attending community events, and taking an exciting day trip or relaxing holiday wherever you like!

Plan Management

Plan Managers can support you by managing your NDIS funding, helping you to pay your service providers, and give you more control over how you can use your NDIS funding.

Community Nursing Care

We have community nurses available to support you and help you maintain your independence, your lifestyle, your safety and a healthy lifestyle, at the same time as supporting you with medication, wound care and other complex support needs.
